Ultrassage Adjistable Bed Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Ultrassage

Model : Adjistable Bed

Customers Fault Description : Remote no longer works. No power. Battery and connections have been checked. (Same remote as Job Timeline Ref # 9439-20 and Ref # 6815-8010

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This bed controller arrived safely from Canada and on testing was found to be dead.

This was found to be due to a damaged battery cable.  Once the cable was replaced full functionality was restored.
