When new battery put in, nothing worked CR2025 via remote
Actual fire works but without the changes to different picture activities - only shows one at moment without remote.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Electric wall Fire remote control arrived safely from Luton and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
This was due to the battery terminal being mangled (see image), the terminal was reworked which restored full functionality.
