Customers Fault Description : New batteries inserted but nothing works

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Valor Electric fire remote control arrived safely from Herts and on testing was found to be dead.

This was due to a corrosion spot in the print, the print was reworked which restored full functionality.
