Customer's Fault Description
I’ve got a Pando RC001 extractor fan remote control that isn’t working. Having changed the battery twice none of the buttons work - and no lights come on which hopefully means it’s just a loose connection.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Extractor fan remote control arrived safely from St Albans and on testing was found to have intermittent power.
This was found to be due to a tiny amount of corrosion on the terminals (possible from a leaking battery). The terminals were etched clean which restored full functionality.
A Duracell battery will be supplied fitted on return
