Customer's Fault Description
Intermittent fault on receiver. Red light works on transmitter, but receiver does not respond. Occassionally will operate properly for a day or two, but then stops responding for no apparent reason. Batteries have been changed on both units. (removed for shipping to reduce weight and cost)
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This gas fire remote control and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote control was found to be transmitting as per normal operation.
The receiver unfortunately has suffered a major battery leak which has deemed a repair to the receiver not possible.
