Customer's Fault Description
Changed battery, do reset but doesn't do anything after.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Vehicle ramp remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to cycle then have no button response.
THe battery clock appeares to be intermittent but this is not the main issue.
The button array itself is not functioning which sadly are not available as spares which makes a repair not possible.
Discoloration can be seen within the ribbon cable to the button arrays (see image), this is a sign of degradation in the traces of the print.
