Mertik Maxitrol Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : We have changed the battery in the handset and fire and it is still showing low battery. We called and we told that it needed to be changed from a 9Volt.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Gas Fire remote control arrived safely from Leamington Spa and on testing was found to have a faulty voltage regulator.  The regulator and battery cable were both replaced which restore full functionality.
