Customer's Fault Description
We have changed the battery in the handset and fire and it is still showing low battery. We called and we told that it needed to be changed from a 9Volt.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Gas Fire remote control arrived safely from Leamington Spa and on testing was found to have a faulty voltage regulator.  The regulator and battery cable were both replaced which restore full functionality.
