Customer's Fault Description
The remote control is not workling at all.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This heater remote control arrived safely from Accrington and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal functionality.
The controller was opened to check for defects and although there was signs of corrosion in the print from a battery leak this seems to have only effected the print mask and not destroyed any print traces.
The remote was then tested over a couple of hours at random intervals with no fault being replicated.
The code being sent by each button was tested and confirmed to be correct.
This item has been classed as no fault found and the issue is likely to be wit hthe receiver / heater itself.
