Customers Fault Description : AFTER NOT USED FOR 13 MONTHS NEITHER REMOTE WOULD COME ON I TOOK THEM TO A REPAIR SHOP AND HE COULD ONLY GET ONE WORKING...HE SAID THER IS TROUBLE IN THE ELECTRIC PANEL AND IT IS BEYOND HIS EXPERTIECE...
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This bed remote control arrived safely from Canada and on testing was found to be dead.
This was found to be due to a faulty oscillator, one was ordered and replaced which restored full functionality.
