Customer's Fault Description
Controller cable broke so re-wired now only one button working intermittantly.
Will need new controller cable at least.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote control arrived safely from Bristol and on inspection as found to have a damaged short cable and worn button contacts.
A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind) and then replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the main buttons.
