Flavel Rocco HE Gas fire Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Wont switch the fire on

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This gas fire remote control arrived safely from Cheshire and on inspection the battery cover was missing and the battery cable was damaged.

The battery cable and voltage regulator was replaced which restored full functionaotiy.

A replacement battery cover was also supplied as a spare was available.
