Mertik Maxitrol Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Temperature increase button does not react and/or sticks. Switch to be replaced?

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This gas fire remote control arrived safely from the Netherlands and on testing was found to have a collapsed button which was causing the timer to increase without a button being pressed.

The button was replaced which restored full functionality.
