Customers Fault Description : Its not turning on, we've changed the batteries but still not working

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This gas fire remote control arrived safely from Lancashire and on testing was found to be dead.

The battery cable and regulator were replaced which restored full functionality.
