buttons not switching fire on rattling inside control
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Dimplex remote control arrived safely from Grimsby and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal on each button press.
The remote was opened to check for defects adn there was a small amount of contamination from a possible battery leak loose inside the case (this accounted for the ratttle), this was removed.
The remote was tested over a 3 day period at random intervals with no fault being replicated.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
