Sleepeeze Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Doesn't work
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
THis Infrared bed remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to transmit without any button being pressed.
THis was due to the button contacts decomposing and contaminating the PCB contacts. The PCB was cleared of all contaminants and then replacement conductive pads glued under all buttons. This restored full functionality.
Please note that any battery that was fitted in this remote will be drained due to it transmitting all the time, therefore it is important to fit a brand new battery when it is returned.
