Customer's Fault Description
The remote light works.but reciever not recieving signal.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This gas fire remote arrived safely from Kent and on testing was found not to transmit a signal on any button press.

This was due to a faulty transducer, a replacement was fitted as well as a replacement battery cable, full functionality was restored.
