HSL Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : only operates reset button.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Recliner chair controller and cable arrived safely and on inspection the remote was missing its silicone edging, this means that an attempted opening was carried out prior to arrival with us. This edging cannot be replaced as spares are not available and it doesn't affect functionality.
The cable was found to be damaged at the remote entry point. The cable was cut back and refitted to bypass the damage.
The button contacts were also found to be worn, replacement conductive pads were glued under each button.
