Customer's Fault Description
Replacement battery inserted upside down and damaged the battery contact.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Electric fire remote control arrived safely and on inspecito nthe spring terminal was foudn ot have been pushed in making it off center to the battery.
The terminal was bent back into position and then soldered in a second spot to try to prevent it moving in the future.
The remote was then tested as fully functioning as normal.
A CR2025 battery will be supplied fitted on return.
