Customer's Fault Description
Remote stopped working a few days ago after working fine. I’ve tried replacing batteries several times so that’s not the issue assuming must be something electrical.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Fireplace remote control arrived safely from Surrey and on inspection was found to have a damaged battery cable and faulty voltage regulator.

A replacement battery cable and regulator was fitted which restored full functionality.
