Mertix maxitrol Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Mertix maxitrol

Customers Fault Description : Remote stopped working a few days ago after working fine. I’ve tried replacing batteries several times so that’s not the issue assuming must be something electrical.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Fireplace remote control arrived safely from Surrey and on inspection was found to have a damaged battery cable and faulty voltage regulator.

A replacement battery cable and regulator was fitted which restored full functionality.
