Glow worm Climapro2 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : I dropped the remote on the floor and now it won't turn on

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Heating remote control arrived safely from Braintree and on testing was found to have a loose battery fitting making the controller dead.

This was due to the internal battery terminals being impacted.  The terminals were reworked which restored full functionality
