This Bed controller arrived safely from Coventry and on inspection the front button array had a hole in it and the back case had a crack in it, spare cases cannot be supplied as they are not available. neither of these effects functionality.

The cable was found to have an intermittent core at the remote entry point.   The cable was cut back by a few centimeters and refitted to bypass the break.
