Customers Fault Description : Black lead has come out from the battery attachment and thus the remote is not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
THis Gas Fire remote control arrived safely form Bracknell and on inspection was found to have a damaged battery cable.
A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
