Customer's Fault Description
All functions on the chair were working. The chair sat unused for around two years. We checked it a few days ago before giving it to a friend to find certain functions no longer working.
The recliner section still works both up and down. But the foot lift section is not working, nor is the chair riser section. The reset button still works
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Handset remote for a recliner/lift chair arrived safely and on inspection the was liquid over the PCB / Button array and the cable was damaged. The PCB and pads were cleared of all contaminates and then replacement conductive pads glued into place under each of the main buttons.
A replacement straight cable was then fitted (we cannot get the curly kind)
