Customers Fault Description : Turn on and off button not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Exercise chair remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to power on with the power button as per normal operation. The remote was opened to check for defects but no problem could be replicated.
The remote was then tested over a 3 day period at random intervals with no fault being found.
