Customer's Fault Description
Has stopped communicating with the fire. No response when trying to light or switch off despite trying new batteries.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
THis gas fire remote control arrived safely from Leicestershire and on testing was foudn ot be transmitting on each button press as per normal operation.
The remote was tested over a 3 day period at random intervals and each time it was found to be transmitting and effecting our test receiver.
This item has been classed as no fault found and the issue could be with the receiver itself.
