Customers Fault Description : Shows low battery and won’t operate fire

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have a faulty voltage regulator, once a replacement was fitted full functionality was restored.

The battery cable was also replaced.
