Customer's Fault Description
It takes a long time to switch on and I have to press the two green buttons a number of times. Once the remote has become active, with the green light displayed at the right, the unit works absolutely fine. I have changed the battery (a number of times) but it doesn’t make any difference.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
THis motor mover remote controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have sluggish power button response.
This was due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
