Remote is in very good visual condition but stop working , was checked on few pair batteries

This remote control arrived safely from Lincoln and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
When opened the remote was found to have suffered a battery leak. The solder points for the terminals were reworked and then the terminals cleared of all contaminants which restored full functionality.
