Customer's Fault Description
Remote not communicating/operating fire. It once “beeped” when increasing/decreasing flame size on remote, no longer making sound.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Gas fire remote control arrived safely from Ardrossan and on testing was found to not transmit an RF signal.

This was due to the RF module having a crack causing a few open circuit traces.

The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
