Mertik Maxitrol Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Looks like there has been a battery leak in the receiver part and there is no beeping at all between the remote and the receiver
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found to transmit as per normal.
Unfortunately the receiver has suffered a major battery leak which had corroded a large part of the PCB on both sides (see images), due to this damage a repair is not possible.
