Customers Fault Description : Buttons at bottom not working properly it’s not lifting chair . Wires on remote needs fixing and covered up.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Remote control for a chair arrived safely from Birmingham and on inspecito nteh cable was found to be badly damaged and button contacts were worn.
A replacement straight cable (we cannot get the curly kind) was fitted and then replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the main buttons.
