Customers Fault Description : The controller is unresponsive. I’ve changed the batteries, but this hasn’t helped

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Wireless thermostat arrived safely from Surrey and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

On opening there was a large amount of print damage from a battery leak.

The print was reworked and one of the terminals replaced which restored full functionality.
