The fireplace won’t lit. The receiver is not responding, but the green led is on.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Fireplace  remote control arrived safely from Norway and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal and working fine with our test receiver.

The remote was opened to check for defects but no issue could be replicated.

It is thought that the issue is with the receiver itself and this item has been classed as no fault found.
