DRU Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : DRU

Customers Fault Description : None of the buttons on the remote are working.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

THis Electric fire remote control arrived safely from Cambridge and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

When the batteries were removed one of the terminals were found to be missing (see image)

This meant that no power could get to the PCB, the terminal was replaced which restored full functionality. 

This original terminal was not found inside the remote which meant that it had been opened prior to arrival with us.
