Silksmooth Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Silksmooth
Customers Fault Description : nothings working tried new battery the light does not come on with any button it appears to be a sealed unit
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This electric curtain remote control arrived safely from Rossendale and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal functionality on each button.
The remote was opened to check for defects but no issue could be replicated.
This remote has been classed as no fault found, a CR2025 battery will be supplied fitted on return to eliminate the possability of the customer having an eroneous / faulty battery.
Please note that the bulb on this remote does not illuminate as it is infra red which is invisible to the human eye.
