Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote control arrived safely from Dover and on inspection most of the back screws were missing (only two were present, the customer will be required to refit these missing screws on return) the cable appeared to have damage at the remote entry point as well as the plastic hole.
The cable was tested for continuity and two of the cores were found to be open circuit. The cable was cut back by a few centimeters and then refitted to bypass the break.
