Flamerite Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Flamerite

Customers Fault Description : remote is not working the light is on constantly but i havent used it in a long time so if you can give remote a full check over for me thanks

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

THis heater remote control arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was missing (this cannot be replaced as spares are not available)

On adding a battery the remote was found to illuminate without a button being pressed.

This was due to one of the buttons being shorted.  All 5 buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
