REMOTE DOES NOT CONTROL THE FIRE - NEW BATTS IN REMOTE AND RECEIVER - LIGHT WORKS ON REMOTE BUT NO CONNECTION WITH RECEIVER UNIT. WAS DROPPED AND SUSPECT FAULTY COMPONENT ON CIRCUIT BOARD.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote control arrived safely from Penarth and on testing was found to not transmit a signal.

This was due to a faulty transducer, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
