Customer's Fault Description
Intermittent fault. Receiver fails to work every time.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

THis remote and receiver arrived safely from Bangor and on testing the remote was found not to transmit on the up channel.

This was due to a faulty 40.5 Khz crystal in the handset, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.

No fault was found with the receiver.
