flambeau 335 basket Remote Repair Details

Model : 335 basket

Customers Fault Description : works only erratically. sometimes lights fire but need many attempts despite new batteries.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This gas fire remote control arrived safely from Rochester and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal on each button press.

The control was tested randomly over a 2 day period with no issues being replicated.  The code being sent was also tested as correct.

This item has been classed as no fault found.
