Customer's Fault Description
Console will not work I believe the fault is with the remote I tried to see if it would work using my phone camera. The remote is a bit beaten but has worked fine until now
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This CineMate130 Console remote control arrived safely from Ayrshire and on inspection was fond to have marks on the case (possible teeth marks from a pet)

On testing the remote was ocnfirmed to be dead.

When opened the positive terminal was found to have broken away from the PCB (see image) the print was reworked and the terminal refitted.  This restored full functionality.
