HSL Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : HSL

Customers Fault Description : When the chair is plugged in, the remote buttons are all lit up, with a slight flicker. All buttons on the remote are non responsive. We have another chair with the same type of remote, which seems to work absolutely fine on the chair with the faulty remote. So from that, I suspect that the fault lies in the remote that I hope to send to you. Thanks in advance.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Recliner Chair Remote control arrived safely from Montgomery and on inspection was found to have an intermittent LED.  The LED was replaced and then the rest of the remote tested as ok.
