Customer's Fault Description
Bad connection with the batteries resulting in not turning on or very faint writing on the button supposedly it's a very common fault as your company fixes this all the time
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a very loose fitting battery compartment, this was due to the internal terminals being impacted, most likely from the item being dropped.
The terminals were reworked and reinforced internally using solder, this restored a solid power connection to the remote with full functionality being restored.
