Customer's Fault Description
Changed batteries but not working at all. Beam on end should glow red when the button is pressed but there is nothing.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Velux remote control arrived safely form Doncaster and on testing was found to be dead.

This was due to a faulty oscillator, once replaced full functionality  was restored. 

Please note that the bulb at the end will not illuminate as its Infra red which is invisible to the human eye.
