New Battery inserted but still no buttons will activate.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Focalpoint Electric Fire Remote Control arrived safely from Stafford and on inspection was found to "rattle" when shook and not transmit a signal.
On opning one of the "vanity" weights had broken away form the caseing adn was touching part of the print shorting it out.
The weight was hot glued into position which restored full functionality.
A CR2025 battery will be supplied fitted on return.
