Customer's Fault Description
Infrared signal not working. Backlt buttons otherwise light up when batteries inserted but no sign of IR when pressed
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This AVR390 remote control arrived safely from London and on testing the backlight would flash dimly when a button was pressed but no signal was present.
On opening unfortunately the problem was caused by a battery leak which has led to corrosion in the print and also around the min IC. Due to the damage a repair is sadly not possible.
