Customer's Fault Description
Powers up but then goes dull and nothing happens when you press any of the buttons
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This recliner remote handset arrived safely from the West Midlands and on inspection the dome caps on each of the buttons were detached.
On opening one of the LEDs was found to have blown and also the button contacts were worn. The LED was replaced and replacement conductive pads glued under each of the main buttons.
The dome caps were then glued into place.
