Blank screen. Batteries ok . Pressing menu for 7 seconds doesn’t work
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Boiler remote control arrived safely from Shepperton and on testing was found to be functioning as per normal operation.

The remote was then tested over a 3 day period without and issue being replicated.

It is common for the batteries to be inserted incorrectly into this remote as the terminals are misleading, please see the image below for the correct battery orientation.

This item has been classed as no fault found.
