Customer's Fault Description
The dalek has stopped responding to the handheld remote control; obvious items checked including replacement batteries, verification of terminal connectivity. It has worked in the past (last used approx 1 year back). Issue assumed to be remote control / radio transmitter of dalek receiver. Can you help? Thank you.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Dalek radio control arrived safely from Harrogate and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal at 27 Mhz (see image)
The controller was tested at random times over a 2 day period but each time the remote was transmitting with a good strong signal.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
