Hunter Douglas Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Hunter Douglas
Customers Fault Description : Power failure, no green light despite battery replacement and checked they are not duds.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This window blinds remote control arrived safely from East Sussex and on testing was found to be dead.
On opening there was two issues found, the first was that there was a large amount of contamination over the PCB, this was cleared up and then the mode switch (A - B) was broken. A replacement switch was fitted.
Full functionality was restored.
